Over the 11 years with the Practice I assumed multiple roles in several locations including Associate Veterinarian, Coach Veterinarian, Lead Veterinarian and Chief of Staff. In 2012, my team successfully opened new Stand Alone location, which was one of the fastest growing new hospital openings to date and was profitable within a year. My teams scored over 80/80 on the Mars Associate Engagement survey almost annually. Over 2012-2015, I operated one of only two ultrasound machines in the market and was well versed in both abdominal and cardiac ultrasound as well as ultrasound guided cytology.
